The Sheltering Tree provides cold-weather shelter during the nights where the temperature drops below 40 degrees in Flagler County.

They provide essential support services to individuals & families to end Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence in Flagler county,

They offer shelter, counseling, assistance involving academic, vocational, and free car maintenance.

Hope Place is for families with children who have been displaced from their homes and a safe place for homeless unaccompanied youth (18-24)

A place for homeless individuals to sleep and get a hot meal, They offer health, addiction, and counseling services as well as helping residents find jobs and housing.

Family Renew Community gives homeless families with children a safe, stable place to live while parents work to attain permanent housing and become self-supporting.

Palmetto House’s purpose is to facilitate the movement of homeless individuals to permanent housing within a reasonable amount of time (usually 24 months).

Halifax Urban Ministries’ mission is to prevent homelessness among low-income families by providing emergency assistance & to intervene on behalf of homeless people.

The objective of the CoC is to improve the overall quality of life for homeless individuals and/or families through coordination with community agencies to provide quality services and programs as well as prevention and re-housing.
